The building is situated on Rua Saraiva de Carvalho No. 207 D, Ourique field next to the Church of the Holy Constable.
This building is a building, built in the thirties, with three floors destined to offices/warehouse. The facade is lined with painted pink granulite, with seven bays on the ground floor and on the first floor, with painted iron railings on the Windows at the level of the r/c. Each floor consists of two large spaces with pillars, two I.S., a small Division for installation of electrical switchboards and roof access, where the machines of the air-conditioning system.
The floors have the following characteristics: R/C: p.d. of 2 feet to the ceiling, floor mosaic with ceramic coated techniques, plastered walls and painted, false ceiling illuminated by recessed spots, air conditioning and fire detection.
1st floor: p.d. of 2, 40 m to the lowest level, floor Board coated wooden race cherry type with Rails techniques, painted walls and ceiling identical to r/c. 2nd floor: gable roof in the first space, with a metallic structure in sight, p.d. of 2 m to 4, 5 m, painted walls with suspended lighting and air conditioning for splits. The second space (same as the first floor) has false ceiling with lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and fire detection embedded. The floor is timbered cherry type as level 1.
